At Outdoor Enterprise Canada, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return eligible products in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy.
This policy applies only to purchases made directly through Outdoor Enterprise Canada and should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.
1. Return Eligibility
Most products purchased from Outdoor Enterprise Canada may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided that all return requirements are met.
The return period begins on the date the carrier records the order as delivered.
To be eligible for a return, products must:
- Be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase
- Be unused and in new, resalable condition
- Be free from signs of wear, installation, use, damage, alteration, or misuse.
- Include all original packaging, manuals, accessories, warranty cards, inserts, tags, labels, and protective materials
- Include any factory seals, shrink wrap, protective films, or security labels where applicable
Products returned in a condition that prevents resale may be refused, returned to the customer at the customer's expense, or be subject to a partial refund where permitted by law.
2. Non-Returnable and Final Sale Products
For health, safety, regulatory, sanitary, or product integrity reasons, certain products are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Final sale products include, but are not limited to:
- Ammunition
- Reloading powder and primers
- Brass and reloading components
- Shooting glasses and other eye protection products
- Earplugs, earmuffs, and other hearing protection products
- Gift cards

- Clearance items identified as Final Sale
- Last Chance or Outlet items identified as Final Sale
- Custom-order products
- Special-order products
- Any item specifically identified as Final Sale or non-returnable on the product page
Products purchased during promotional events or with discount codes are not considered Final Sale unless specifically identified as such.
Outdoor Enterprise Canada reserves the right to designate additional products as Final Sale where appropriate.
3. Optics Returns
Optics, including rifle scopes, binoculars, spotting scopes, red dot sights, and rangefinders, may only be returned within 30 days of delivery if the product is in saleable new condition.
To qualify for a return, the product must:
- Be unused and unmounted
- Be in new condition
- Be returned in its original factory-sealed packaging
- Include all original accessories, manuals, documentation, warranty cards, inserts, and protective materials
- Retain all factory seals, shrink wrap, protective films, and labels where applicable
Breaking, removing, or damaging factory seals, shrink wrap, protective films, or packaging may make the product ineligible for return.
Products showing evidence of mounting, installation, adjustment, field use, damage, modification, or wear are not eligible for return.
